Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Safely repackage your electronic devices in their original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
